Cancellations/Refunds:

Cancellation requests received on/before February 15, 2021 will be refunded the amount paid less a $35 cancellation fee per registrant; no exceptions!

There will be NO refunds after February 15, 2021, no exceptions!

Money Back Guarantee: If at the conclusion of the Quilt Luminarium the event did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within the first 30 minutes following the conclusion of the event.  We will write you a check and take possession of your syllabus.  There will be no refunds given after this time.  

Terms of Service:

* Ricky Tims, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the Quilt Luminarium should a minimum number registrations not be met.  In the event the Quilt Luminarium is cancelled, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.

* Attendance may be transferred to another individual by completing and signing the Transfer of Attendance portion of the confirmation email sent to you when you registered. This transfer must be completed and signed by the original paying registrant and must be presented at registration at the beginning of the event.

Liability and Indemnification Agreement:

Your enrollment and attendance is contingent upon your agreement to the following.  By accepting the Terms of Service, you agree to this agreement in full!:  To the maximum extent of the law, your attendance and participtaion, including that of your children and minors, or other adults accompanying you, in any portion of the Quilt Luminiarium by Ricky Tims, (paid or not), or on the venue's, stage, vendor area, or any adjacent areas of the venue rented, is conditioned to your agreement to hearby indemnify Ricky Tims, Inc., it's employees, volunteers, contractors, and leased facilities, from and never to make claim for injury, loss or damage to your or your children or minors, or other adults accompanying you against Ricky Tims, Inc., it's employees, volunteers, contractors and any leased properties, caused by it's very first negligence, strict liability, or for any other reason.

Cancellation Policy for La Veta Quilt Retreat

* Written cancellations rec’d LESS than 3 months from event start date:  NO REFUNDS!**

* Written cancellations rec’d MORE than 3 months from event start date:   RTI will make every effort to fill any cancellation made greater than 3 months out from our lottery list.  RTI makes no guarantees, either real or implied, that RTI can fill any cancelled spot.  RTI also encourages that YOU take an active role in filling your cancellation to increase your odds of receiving a refund.  IF your cancelled spot gets filled, RTI will refund all monies paid to date less a $75 administration fee.  IF RTI is unable to fill your cancelled spot, TAQS will refund 50% of total registration fee.

**  If you must cancel within 3 months of the event start date, and YOU find a replacement,  we must be  notified immediately of the replacement’s name, address, phone number, and email address.  It is your responsibility to collect payment from your replacement as NO REFUND will be made from RTI.
