I know - it's about time! So many of you have been asking to see the final results of my studio and I appreciate your patience. This year, as you know, I've been GONE GONE GONE and getting a video shot and edited was simply impossible - until now! Here it is...... drum roll please...... ta da!!!! It's so totally cool... I'm just sayin'...
I love how you have done your quilt studio. When we built our new home, I had a 1000 sq ft room included just for me. I am always trying to come up with new ideas for storage. Just bought a new Bernina 750, have a Gmamill Classic Plus and 3 other sewing machines. Also, have one area of the room setup as on office. I love the sewing table you had built and intend to show this video to my husband.
Oh how i envy your studio.....it;s fabulous! You lucky duck!!! I am a weaver, quilter, do beading, sewing, crochet and knit and I do it all in a 42' RV! My bed becomes my cutting and sewing area. Right now I am making a 90" by 100" quilt top that will be the front of a duvet cover with a back that closes with buttons. Will send pictures of the finished project if you are interested. Thanks for sharing your studio....hope to be in a permanent home someday soon where I will have a smaller version of your studio.....keep on quilting!!!!!
Hi Ricky it was fun to see your new work space...I am jealous. WIsh you would come back to Miami for more quilting with Ocean Waves one day...still talking about how we loved having you - Susan Yaskin

Now, about those cardboard boxes for your feet when the table is raised: You need something special made for that also!
