André says: 

Absolute Grace became my initial Inspired topic. Chasing a sunrise that failed to captivate, I returned home with a sense of disappointment. However, on a whim, I decided to pull into a walking park surrounding a tranquil water resevoir. There, I observed mist gracefully rising from the cold water's surface. Suddenly the haunting call of loons echoed through the air. I waited with anticipation, and sure enough, the pair emerged right on cue exuding an aura of Absolute Grace.

The Boston House prospered. It's patrons included politicians, at least two governors of Colorado, and celebrities, including Wyatt Earp and Buffalo Bill Cody. It had a reputation for first-class food and liquor and the most attractive saloon girls in Colorado.

This photo and accompanying letter was found in the effects Father William Dannaher, Roman Catholic priest from Freeport New York, recently deceased. Also accompanying the letter was a certificate from the Colorado–Edison Electric Light Company certifying the Boston House as the first commercial establishment in Denver to be supplied with electric power.


Everett Hitch was played by yours truly and Henry Danaher by Stu Whalen. The photo was taken in Stu's TV room/library/music room. It took a lot of post processing including at least two Topaz filters.

How lucky that this was found a few years ago way back in the forest - and got hung in my garage. I was at a loss, looking for things like Red Toolbox and Radial Tires when I looked up and saw a Rusted License Tag (Ricky Lee Tims) Okay, maybe not everyone calls them tags - but we do.. This was overlayed with a photo of flowers from the garden center (waiting in the garage to be planted) to give a tad bit of color. Hopefully you wouldn't have noticed that as I meant it to be subtle. The left and right holes were stolen from the bottom, but in those spots are two gold screws holding it to the wall - and I thought they were out of place.
