Alaska contains many postcard images but weather must cooperate. Clear skies this week, short road trip allowed capturing images of Denali (formerly Mt McKinley), tallest peak in North America. A few standard edits in LRC and used lasso tool in PS to "delete" power lines. Wispy white on either side of peak are clouds - part of the Denail mystique. A fun technique to add text to an image.

I went with the Lady in the Lake - but man it was a challenge to even get close to what I wanted. I did use Photoshop generative fill to add a few reeds in the lake as it was kinda bare. She also had the non-sword hand held up as if she was holding something - but it looked odd - so I had generative fill add the jewerly - don't know what that really represents in the legend. My image is Midjourney and the promt was: Seen from a medium distance, the camera is not too close - we see a beautiful celtic medieval goddess. She is holding Excalibur - the famous sword - and offering it to the viewer. She is the Lady of the Lake from the King Arthur legend. The Lady of the Lake has deep penetrating eyes and wears a delicate chain with a jewel on her forehead. She is thigh deep in water and wading in the water, walking toward the camera - it's an ominous scene: foggy, colorful, dark and dramatic. The goddess is dressed in a lacy white shift, wading in the lake, walking to the shore - thigh deep water. She holds Excaliber - King Arthur's famous sword in two hands. She holds the swoard in two hands above the water level --ar 16:9
